Refund policy

All sales at PixelPad are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. If your deskmat arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost. Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they ship.
